Alexander Weingarten

Alexander Weingarten, MD, co-director has been practicing pain management since 1984, is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and has been elected as a fellow of the American Academy of Pain Medicine. In addition he has met the requirements for the American Board of Anesthesiology subspecialty certification in Pain Management. Dr Weingarten engages in all modalities of pain management with expertise in implantable technologies (morphine pump and spinal cord stimulators), fluoroscopic guided needle placement, radiofrequency ablation, percutaneous laser discectomy, epiduralysis and reflex sympathetic dystrophy. Dr Weingarten is an attending anesthesiologist at North Shore – LIJ Health Systems at Syosset Hospital and Day-Op Center of Long Island.
